LADY ARROWS Finish 8^th at Regional Meet

A hot windy day greeted the athletes as they entered the stadium at Portage Central HS for the MHSAA Regional Meet. When the day was done two Arrows punched their state meet ticket helping Lowell to an 8^th place finish. Senior Emily German fought of the wind as she took 2^nd in the 100 hurdles in 16.58 which qualified her for the state meet. Two events later junior distance ace Annika Sandman took 2^nd in the 1600m running 5:11.85 also getting here a ticket to the state meet.
