FOREST HILLS NORTHERN HIGH: 7
he Girls JV Tennis Team played a very unique match vs Forest Hills Northern ending with a tie score 7-7. All seven Lowell doubles played one 8 game, and two 6 game pro sets to accommodate all 41 FHN JV players who piled out of their bus! It was agreed that the 8 game and first 6 game pro sets would make up the match score and the second 6 game set would be considered as exhibition matches.
Winning both set points were doubles players:
#3) Haley Nichols/Hallie Greenop, #4) Olivia Torline/Brynn Jackson.
Winning one set point were doubles players:
#1) Marta Montiel Navas/Jada Murley, #2) Holly Paris/Addie Hart, and # 5) Sedona Bonter/Sydney Spanbauer.
An amazing feat against a very strong tennis team. JV you are an awesome team!
