GREENVILLE SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL: 0
Lowell defeated Greenville 7-0 on Tuesday as three pitchers combined to throw a shutout; Sage, Zandstra & Huver. Madison Sage took the win for Lowell. She surrendered zero runs on three hits over four innings, striking out three and walking one. Sydney Zandstra and Huver entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
The offensive firepower, which came to life in the fourth inning, was led by Audrey Conrad, Hanna Bogoski, and Kelsey Stephens, all driving in runs in the frame. The Arrows racked up nine hits on the day. Emily Depew and Jenna Perry both had two hits to lead Lowell.
With the win, Lowell finished conference play for the season with a final conference record of 14-1. The win moved them to 27-7 on the season. The Red Arrows play Hudsonville on Thursday at 4:15pm and then begin post season play on Saturday at Northview.
