Seniors, Emily Depew and Madison Sage combined to throw a shutout in Game 1 Friday afternoon, leading Lowell to a 10-0 conference win. Lowell secured the victory thanks to seven runs in the fifth inning.

Audrey Conrad got the offense started in the first inning to score one run. Then, the Red Arrows put the pressure on, lead by a triple by Jordan, a single by Romig, and a double by Sage in the fifth.  Kenzie Jordan, Sage, and Paige Romig each drove in runs during the inning.  The Red Arrows racked up a total of 12 hits on the day. Depew and Corah Miller each managed multiple hits for Lowell. Depew went 3-for-3 at the plate to lead Lowell Red Arrows Varsity in hits.

Emily Depew was the winning pitcher for Lowell Red Arrows Varsity. She lasted four innings, allowing one hit and zero runs while striking out eight. Sage threw one inning in relief out of the bullpen, also shutting down Greenville’s hitters.

The Red Arrow defense was sure-handed and didn't commit a single error.
