Junior, Audrey Conrad led the way with a 3-run dinger for Lowell to take down FHC 15-3 in the rubber match today. Conrad wasted no opportunities at the plate tonight, driving in runs on a single in the second and a home run in the sixth.  Lowell Red Arrows Varsity got things started in the first inning when Emily Depew singled on a 1-0 count, scoring two runs. After putting 4 runs on the board in the first inning, the Red Arrows then notched six runs in the second inning. Hot bats in the second inning were led by singles by Conrad and Krin Beach and a double by Depew. Conrad then went yard in the sixth to tag on three more runs.

Lowell Red Arrows Varsity scattered 18 hits in the game. Conrad, Stephens, Depew, M. Jordan, Bogoski, and Perry all managed multiple hits for Lowell Red Arrows Varsity. Depew, Stephens, and Conrad each collected three hits to lead Lowell Red Arrows Varsity. Conrad ended the night with 4 RBIs and Depew with 3 of her own.

Pitching her third game on only a 24-hour turn-around and battling the flu bug, Depew earned the win yet again for Lowell, lasting six innings, allowing six hits and three runs while striking out four.

With the win tonight, Lowell Varsity moves to 14-3 on the season 5-1 in conference play.  The Red Arrows take on Greenville Friday night at Greenville (Game Time 4:15pm), following up with the home-hosted Mandy Tichelaar Invitational Saturday.
