Lowell beat NorthPointe Christian (NPC) 16-4 last Thursday despite NPC making a slight 3 run push in the sixth inning. The Red Arrows fired up the offense in the first inning, when Kylee Stephens singled on a 2-0 count, scoring one run. Beach and Sage then added another RBI a piece and Conrad added 2 RBIs, all in the first inning. The Red Arrows bats got hot again to the tune of 10 runs in the sixth inning. The rally was led by singles by Kenzie Jordan, Krin Beach, Madison Jordan, Allyson Lange, and Hanna Bogoski, a sacrifice fly by Madison Sage, and an error on a ball put in play by Audrey Conrad. In all, Lowell totaled 18 hits. Johnston, Stephens, Romig, K. Jordan, and Jenna Perry each managed multiple hits for the Red Arrows. Johnston went 3-for-5 at the plate to lead Lowell Red Arrows Varsity in hits.
Madison Johnston led the Lowell Red Arrows Varsity to victory in the circle. She allowed zero hits and zero runs over three innings, striking out three and walking one. Sage threw three innings in relief out of the bullpen.
