Bogoski Leads Charge in Conference Sweep

Lowell completed the conference sweep over Cedar Springs Friday night, winning 6-2. Freshman, Hanna Bogoski led the Red Arrow charge driving in the tying run in the second inning with an 0-2 count single and then giving Lowell the lead for good in the fourth with a three-run dinger; her first high school homerun.
Lowell racked up 12 hits in the game. Allyson Lange, Bogoski, and Depew all managed multiple hits for Lowell Red Arrows Varsity. Lange led the Red Arrows Varsity with three hits in four at bats. Madie Johnston stepped up as a pinch hitter in the top of the seventh tagging on another insurance run with a line drive double to the center-right field gap.
Emily Depew got the win for Lady Red Arrows, throwing the complete game and allowing just four hits and two runs while striking out 11.
Lowell Varsity softball moves to 6-0 on the season, 3-0 in conference play.
