Senior, Emily Depew, led the Lady Red Arrows throwing a no-hitter in their season opener. Lowell defeated Wyoming 15-0 in just four innings of play. Depew went four innings, allowing zero runs on zero hits, striking out seven and walking one.
Offensively, Audrey Conrad, Maddi Jordan and Ally Lange led with hot bats, contributing three RBIs a piece. Senior, Ally Lange went yard in the fourth; her first and the team's first homerun on the season. Kaia Zimmerman, Emily Depew, Hanna Bogoski, Ally Lange and Maddi Jordan each collected one hit and Kylee Stephens led the team with two of the team's seven stolen bases.
The Red Arrows look to continue on this opening high note tomorrow afternoon in a single game at Ionia with first pitch at 4:00pm.
