Red Arrows finish 3rd at the OK White Conference Meet

Close regular season scores heightened the energy at an already competitive OK White Conference T & F championships. At the end of the evening FHC took the Conference Meet win but ended up in 2^nd place as GR Christian took advantage of a 1^st place regular season finish against FHC 3^rd to take the overall OK White title. Lowell finished in 3^rd place on the night hitting 116 points which is what was on paper. The Arrows finished in 4^th place for the overall season as Byron Center were tied with GRC for the first place regular season title.

Josh Rau was a double winner as he overtook a starting block slip to come back for the win in the 110HH in 15.23. Rau came back for a win in the 300H going 40.06 and capped off the evening with a 5^th place in the 200m 23.39. Cole Weston gritted his way to the 3200m title edging out a .03 win going 9:57.32. Discus thrower Isaac Graham closed out Thursday’s field events with the win with a toss of 126-05.

Besides the three above event winners, Lowell had three additional boys earn all-conference honors on points scored in the meet. Keegan Cater, Ramsey Ponchaud, and Levi Mills all earned the honor when the meet concluded.
