Arrows work the hills on way to 5^th place at OK White Jamboree #3

The XC course @ the Brookside Golf Course in Gowen is considered a working person’s course as it requires the runner to plan ahead to hit the flags and work the hills. The Lady Arrows hit their marks and edged even closer to the 4^th place finisher FHN and established the new #4 team average of 20:09. The aggressive first mile positioned the team well and also helped a couple of Arrows get their PR times. Annika Sandman led the Arrows with a 4^th place finish running 18:20, Katrina Sandman finished in 14^th running 19:36, Keira Sandman finished in 21^st running 20:15, Claire O ‘Boyle finished in 36^th running 21:08, and Megan Lillie finished in 45^th running 21:26. Jamara Harper threw down a PR of 21:34 to take 50^th and Kaylee Byrne ran 23:17 to take 77^th which closed out the varsity scoring.

Anna Forney ran 26:48, Kiah Burgess ran 26:51, Bri Fullerton ran 29:29 and Millie Groenlund ran a PR 32:16.
