Girls Varsity Cross Country Kicks off OK White Season

The OK White XC season kicked off at Calvin College’s Gainey Sports Complex as the Arrows lined up against the best the state had to offer. The Arrows running without a couple varsity runners finished 7th while EGR won the meet. The Arrows Annika Sandman continued her 2020 success as she led the Arrows with a 13th place finish in 19:47 and she was followed by Keira Sandman in (40th) 22:33, Theresa Judd (46th) 23:09, Lauren Swain (48) 23:21, and Kaylee Byrne (49th) 23:21. Other Lowell runners finishing were Jess Spaulding in 52nd and Grace Richmond in 55th.
Up next for Lowell is the Ottawa Hills Fall Invite this Friday at Riverside Park in Grand Rapids.
