Boys Varsity Cross Country Win Autumn Sunrise

The Lowell Boys Varsity took advantage of cool temps to win the Autumn Sunrise Invite hosted by Heritage Christian High School with 37 points. GR South Christian was runner up with 94 points followed by GR Covenant Christian with 96 points. Medaling first for the Red Arrows was Cole Weston, 2nd, with a time of 16.06 followed by Sawyer Fowler, 4th, 16.28. Keegan Cater placed 8th with a PR of 16.41 while Ben Bromley and Jackson Fowler completed the score with 12th and 13th places at 17.07 and 17.07. Levi Mills and Alex Weber also earned medals with places of 14th and 20th, at times of 17.28 and 17.42 (PR)
The Lowell Boys JV team dominated their race with a score of 15 points, followed by GR Covenant Christian, 56 points, and Unity Christian, 81 points. Evan Klein took top honors with a time of 18.10 with Antonio Casarez behind him at 18.16, Dannion Simmet, 3rd, 18.28, Rhys Sandman, 4th, 18.31, and Zach Boehr, 5th, 18.41 (PR). Medaling as well for the Arrows was Braylon Iakiri, 14th, 19.30.
