Boys Varsity Cross Country Wins 2nd OK White Jamboree

The Lowell Boys Cross Country team was given the task to improve on their outstanding races from last Saturday at Riverside Park and they did just that, winning the OK White Conference Jamboree #2 at Riverside Park with 43 points. Grand Rapids Christian was second with 46 points followed by Forest Hills Central with 77 points.
Eighteen members of the Lowell squad earned Personal Records or Season Bests. Cole Weston placed 3rd with a time of 16.01 (PR) followed by Sawyer Fowler, 4th, 16.03 (PR). Jackson Fowler finished 11th, 16.48 (SB) with Ben Bromley right behind him at 12th, 16.51 (PR). Keegan Cater wrapped up the score with a 13th place finish at 16.56 (SB). Finishing the lineup for the Varsity Arrows were Levi Mills, 21st, 17.14 (PR) and Alex Weber, 36th, 17.49 (PR). The Red Arrows will head to Heritage Christian High School this Saturday for the Autumn Sunrise Invite.
