Boys Varsity Cross Country Finishes 4th at MHSAA Regionals

Lowell Boys Cross Country put in a great effort in the Division 1 Cross Country Regionals at Benzie Central High School on Saturday. The Red Arrows placed 4th with 110 points, 14 points shy of capturing 3rd place Cedar Springs. Traverse City Central won the meet with Rockford finishing 2nd.
Placing in the top 15, which qualifies them for the State Finals next Saturday at Michigan International Speedway, were Ben Kinnucan, 10th 16.04 and Caleb Swart, 14th 16.12. Ben and Caleb will race at 3:30 pm in the Division 1 Finals at MIS on Saturday, November 2nd.
Wrapping up the score for the Red Arrows were Cole Weston, 20th 16.24, Lucas Cossar, 36th 16.43, and Sawyer Fowler, 37th 16.44. Completing the varsity lineup were Keegan Cater, 44th 16.44 and Nigel Mika, 58th 17.23.
