Arrows throw down new PR’s on way to 5^th place at OK White Jamboree #2

Fall weather and fast times met the  OK White XC teams as they raced at the 2^nd jamboree held at Riverside park.  The Arrows met the team goal of the varsity bettering their cumulative PR’s by 40 seconds and the JV bettering theirs by a minute as the varsity improved by 4:25 and the JV improved by 5:37.  There were two other major highlights as the varsity top five average time of 20:07.4  was #3 all time on the Lowell record board and Annika Sandman set a new school record of 18:22.50 on way to a 3^rd place finish.  The new top time betters the 19:02 set by Hillari Kirsch in 1990. 

Katrina Sandman ran 19:32PR finishing 12^th, Keira Sandman ran 19:49PR finishing 16^th, Claire O’Boyle ran 21:25PR finishing 47^th, Megan Lillie ran 21:26PR  finishing 48^th to close out the Lowell scoring.  The varsity was closed out by Jamara Harper running 21:41PR and Kaylee Byrne running 23:14.

The JV Arrows saw their PR’s drop as Anna Forney ran 25:55, Kiah Burgess ran 26:05, Bri Fullerton ran 27:10, and Claire Uzarski ran 31:13.
