Arrows Earn Top 10 Finish at Pete Moss Invitational

The Lady Arrows knocked out an early season goal as they finished in the top 10 teams out of 25 at the Benzie Pete Moss Invitational. The goal was a BIG one as the Arrows lined up against 3 state champions and numerous other state ranked teams. Leading the Arrows was Annika Sandman with a 22^nd place finish (19:24), Katrina Sandman in 36^th place (20:09), Keira Sandman in 51^st place (20:57), Allye Risner in 83^rd place (22:05), and Claire O’Boyle in 100^th (22:41). Megan Lillie and Jamara Harper served as displacers as they finished in 114^th (23:08) and 120^th (23:21) respectively.

The team ran some great times today considering the heat and humidity as well as racing on Wednesday. Lowell had ten girls set personal records (PR) for the day which was super exciting. The team is off until September 8^th where they begin the OK White Season at Gainey Athletic Field.
